Sugar Ridge RV Park & Campground plans out fun campground wide events all season long. We offer themed weekends that kids and their parents love. Events like Christmas in July, Competition weekend and our Halloween celebration are some of our most popular events. Plan your visit around our activity calendar or try something new.

May 1st & May 2nd – Clean Up WeekendPlease come and join us for clean up weekend. Spend the weekend outside, in good company and enjoying delicious food with your Sugar Ridge family. Join us for coffee and donuts on Saturday morning. After you are filled with fuel, spend the day helping us clean. Saturday night enjoy a chicken/potluck dinner with your friends and family. Then enjoy the night under the stars, relaxing by your campfire. We appreciate your help, so we want you to enjoy the weekend on us! |

July 24th & July 25th – Friendsgiving WeekendFriendsgiving Weekend is all about celebrating the friendships that make Sugar Ridge such a special place. Whether you’ve been camping with us for years or are visiting for the first time, we encourage everyone to take the opportunity to connect with old friends and make new ones. Gather around a campfire, take a walk through the campground, join a game, or start one of your own and invite others to play. A simple conversation, shared laugh, or friendly invitation can turn strangers into friends and create memories that last long after the weekend is over. Let’s make this a weekend filled with kindness, laughter, and community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Friday Night ⛳ Receive $1 off mini golf when you purchase food from the food truck. July 31st & August 1It’s Danville Fair Weekend! One of our favorite hometown traditions is happening just up the road, and we encourage you to take some time to experience all the fun the fair has to offer. Because we know our guests will enjoy visiting the fair, we will be running limited organized activities at the campground this weekend. We hope you’ll explore the local festivities, make some wonderful memories, and enjoy everything our community has to offer. Dance the night away at the Friday Night Street Dance! Saturday, enjoy live music, local food, local shopping, kid’s inflatable fun zone, NERF battles, 5K Fun Run, Grand Street Parade led by Sugar Ridges beautiful Belgians and so much more! For more info, visit www.danvillevtchamber.org. At the campground, we will be having candy bar bingo Friday night at 6:30 pm. We kindly request that candy bars be purchased at the game. This ensures that all candy is sealed, stored properly and safe for distribution. There will be no Horse & Wagon rides on Saturday morning. We hope you will watch them in the Grand Street Parade at the fair Friday – Food Truck Friday w/ Lady Shaye Saturday, we will be a hosting a Know Your Boo Game! Think you know your partner better than anyone? Put it to the test with Sugar Ridge’s version of the newlywed game! You can sign up ahead of time in the camp store (encouraged) or just show up at 1:45 pm. The game will begin at 2:00 pm. This immersive weekend will challenge campers of all ages to race, solve, balance, taste, and conquer their way through a series of surprise challenges scattered across the Ridge.
